Bruce County, Canada – Kinectrics has been awarded a new contract to work on the "Bruce A" fuel channels in an upcoming planned maintenance and inspection program.
The work aligns with a program and agreement between Bruce Power and Motion Electric Motor Services to support life extension upgrades in both "Bruce A" and "Bruce B".
Kinectrics will deliver a program which tests and confirms fuel channel integrity in all 480 fuel channels that make up the reactor while at the same time reducing outage duration.
