Actively Giving Back.

United Way

Our people have supported the United Way for more than 20 years through employee-led campaigns and corporate support.

United Way is a worldwide non-profit movement operating in more than 100 communities in Canada alone. Each United Way chapter raises support locally, directly responding to local needs.

In the fall of each year, volunteers lead various events to raise funds and canvass for direct donations and payroll deductions to support both the United Way of Greater Toronto, United Way of Bruce Grey, and United Way of Durham Region. These activities have raised nearly $2M for United Way.

Yonge Street Mission

We have established a collaborative program with the Yonge Street Mission (YSM) to provide opportunities for employees to give back to our community.

YSM has provided wraparound support and services to Toronto's impoverished population for over 121 years. The organization works closely with individuals, families, children, youth, and entire communities living in poverty, seeking to empower them to become self-sufficient and rise from surviving to thriving.

Our people volunteer in YSM facilities, participate in fundraisers, and host our own food and toy drive events to support the YSM. The company has also made various corporate sponsorships to YSM to support the exceptional initiatives supporting our community. To learn more about YSM, please visit their website.

Love the Hungry

The staff and family members at our ArcWear division have helped package thousands of meals for children and families in the US and throughout the world by volunteering at Love the Hungry in Louisville, KY.

Love the Hungry is a local nonprofit organization with a hands-on mission to provide nourishing meals to children and families vulnerable to hunger and malnutrition. We love working with them to move towards achieving this goal.
